Is there a long-term commitment?
PolicyPrime is a service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Billing, either
monthly or yearly, stops when you cancel the service.
May I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your account at any time. If you cancel before the end of an account period,
the remainder of the period is not refunded.
Are your prices fixed per month or are they per-user?
There are no additional per-user charges - the price is the same no matter
if 1 person or 1000 people are viewing your policy documents. The more people who use
PolicyPrime in your organization, the better.
What type of payment do you accept?
We will invoice you or bill your credit card. We accept PO's.
